• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation, except where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

6. Returns & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

A return or replacement request will be considered only if:

• The customer receives a defective or incorrect product.

• A continuous, unedited opening (unboxing) video is provided.

• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

No claims, refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be accepted without a valid opening video.

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Incomplete or incorrect customer information

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
