Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Mondays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During festive seasons or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details. Vardhman Textiles will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipment

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:

• Record a continuous opening (unboxing) video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

• Share the opening video along with clear photographs of the product.

Claims without a valid opening video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Vardhman Textiles is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
