Shipping policy
Domestic (India)
- Dispatch: 1–3 business days
- Tracking activation: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date of order
- We’ll notify you by Email/WhatsApp once the AWB is generated.
International Shipping
- Where we ship: Worldwide, from New Delhi, India.
- Processing/Dispatch: 1–3 business days.
- Transit time: 5–12 business days (maximum 15 business days) after the shipment is connected to the outbound flight.
- Tracking: We share the Air Waybill (AWB). Tracking may update only after airline/airport scans.
- Payment mode: International orders are prepaid only (no COD).
- Address accuracy: Please provide full address, ZIP/Postal code, email, and phone number for smooth customs communication.
- Undeliverable/Refused shipments: If a parcel is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address/non-payment of duties, reshipment and return charges will be borne by the customer.
General Notes
- Multiple items in one order may be shipped together.
- Working/business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Unforeseen delays (weather, airline capacity, strikes, customs) can occasionally extend timelines.
