Refund & Exchange Policy
At Vardhman Textiles, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. No Returns Policy
We do not accept any kind of returns. Once a purchase is made, it is final.
2. Order Cancellation & Modifications
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Once an order is dispatched, no modifications or edits can be made.
3. Incorrect Address & Reattempted Delivery
If a customer provides an incorrect address and we have already attempted delivery, the customer must pay the shipping cost again before the product is re-delivered.
4. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
The product received is damaged or defective.
The order is short-shipped (missing items from the order).
Conditions:
The exchange request must be initiated within 2 days of order delivery.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all labels/tags intact.
The exchange process must be approved by our customer service team before dispatching the item.
5. Exchange Process
Step 1: Register Your Exchange Request

Provide the order number, images/videos showing the issue, and a reason for the exchange.
Step 2: Self-Courier the Product
The customer is responsible for securely packing and shipping the product to our warehouse only after approval from our customer service team. If sent without approval, the packet will be rejected.

Step 3: Exchange Coupon Code Issuance
Once the product is received and inspected, an exchange coupon code will be issued only for the fabric amount after adjusting any discounts proportionately.
Example: If a customer purchased fabric worth ₹3000 with a ₹200 discount and wants to exchange ₹2400 worth of fabric, the discount amount will be adjusted proportionately (₹240 out of ₹300 will be deducted), and a coupon code of ₹2160 will be provided.
The coupon code can be used for future purchases on our website.
6. Important Notes
No exchanges will be entertained if the customer is dissatisfied with the fabric quality.
Customers bear the shipping cost of sending the product for exchange.
The coupon code issued is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
